Our Process

The challenge most companies face when it comes to evaluating and monitoring the competition is that the assessment is done inside-out. It's a vew of: "Here's what we offer. Now, let's compare it to others we compete against." So, a few employees run a handful of Google searches, scan a website, write some things down, and the project is complete. The reason is because there are is very little incentive to do much more than this.

First, our high-level assessments are more thorough because of our dedicated focus. We are able to provide a high degree of detail on product features, future-facing roadmaps, messaging and communication, because of the time we are able to dedicate to the process.
